On November 9 and 10, Waste Free Oceans will be present at the Plastic Waste Free World Conference and Exhibition!
Waste Free Oceans is dedicated to transforming ocean plastic.
Our main goal is to reduce the global impact of marine litter. By mobilising fisheries, recyclers, manufacturers and policy makers, WFO aims to reduce, reuse and ultimately recycle marine litter, mitigating the impact on both the environment and natural resources.
Fished for litter
in more than 20 countries
Created more than 20 products from recycled ocean plastic
Turning ocean plastic into new products since 2014
Why not connect fishermen and material experts to transform ocean plastic? Seems logical to us.
Fishermen collect floating ocean debris with nets attached to their boats
Plastic recyclers sort and clean ocean plastic to turn it into new resins
Plastic converters transform the resins to create the desired product shape
Individuals or companies develop and launch the product
Waste Free Oceans is committed to cleaning not only the oceans, but also the beaches. We organise beach clean-up events regularly, in various parts of the world, together with local organisations and volunteers.
